Job Description

Call for a full-time tenure track position from September 2023 in the Marketing Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (ICADE) of the Universidad Pontificia Comillas.

We offer to join a leading and prestigious university with a medium-term tenure projection and integration into a teaching and research team.

Ph.D. in Economics and Business Administration or in a related discipline that qualifies for teaching in the proposed field (Degree approved by the Spanish Ministry of Education).

Degree in Economics and Business Administration, Business Administration, Market Research, Engineering, Sociology, Psychology -and related disciplines- or equivalent degree approved by the Spanish Ministry of Education.

National and international publications in indexed scientific journals (Journal Citation Reports, Scopus) together with a research plan with clear lines, defined objectives, and precise actions.

Ability to teach in English. Guarantee of having an adequate level to be able to develop a CLIL approach (Content and Language Integrated Learning). The accreditation of this ability will imply the completion of part of the selection process in English, with the participation of evaluators from the Institute of Modern Languages of Comillas Pontifical University.

Teaching experience in the indicated area, and in marketing in general. Special consideration will be given to quality credited through teaching evaluations and/or letters of recommendation.

Ability to develop online teaching and learning strategies through ICT connection between teachers and students.

Vocation for collaboration, proactive work capacity, and ability to integrate into a teaching team.

It will be valued:

Positive evaluation by ANECA or another evaluation agency recognized by ENQA (in the category of Professor Contracted/Doctor of Private University).

Knowledge related to the current field of Marketing in general and Marketing Analytics in particular within the new digital contexts (Big Data and Business Analytics)

Practical experience as a Consultant or as a Director in the Marketing/Commercial Department, Brand Manager, or Product/Market Manager.
