The Department of Business Economics at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), Spain, has announced several full-time tenure-track positions at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in the areas of Business Economics, Management, Finance, Marketing, and Accounting.
Candidates must hold a PhD in one of these fields by May 2026 and demonstrate strong potential for research excellence and high-quality teaching in Business Administration and Tourism Management. The positions are set to begin in September 2026.
Given that most courses at UIB are taught in Spanish or Catalan, new faculty members are expected to be able to teach in at least one of these languages within two years.
